Zovo SEC Filings
SEC filings and reported company financials, straight from EDGAR.
Zovo SEC Filings finds a US public company by ticker or name and returns its reported financials from the SEC's EDGAR XBRL data. Metrics cover revenue, net income, total assets, liabilities, cash, operating cash flow and diluted EPS for the last 10 fiscal years, with year-over-year growth. It also provides the latest 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings with links, and tables can be downloaded as CSV or XLSX.
What it does
- Seven reported metrics per period: revenue, net income, total assets, liabilities, cash and equivalents, operating cash flow, diluted EPS
- Annual fiscal years or the latest quarterly 10-Q periods, up to 10 years of history
- Each value keeps the filing form and date it came from; year-over-year growth for revenue and net income
- Latest filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, DEF 14A, 20-F) with report dates and links to the documents on sec.gov
- CSV and XLSX downloads of the table
Try asking
“Show Apple's annual revenue, net income and assets for the last 5 years”
“What are Microsoft's latest 10-Q and 8-K filings?”
“Download Tesla's last 5 years of revenue and diluted EPS as XLSX”
Limitations
- Values are as reported in XBRL to the SEC; they are not adjusted or audited by this tool
- Some filers use different us-gaap concepts, which then show 'not reported'
- This is not investment advice and it does not show share prices
- Only US companies in the SEC EDGAR index are covered; private companies and non-filers are not
